LEAGUE RULING FOR MATCH CANCELLATIONS
Only ONE cancellation is allowed per team per season.
14 days written notice must be given to the league by the team wishing to cancel a fixture.
Failure to do so, will result in an automatic £50.00 fine being imposed, plus 3 points deducted from the offending team and given to the non-offending team.
The match will be declared void and will not be re-arranged.
With this in mind, could I please ask any parent/player wishing to take a holiday or other matchday time off during the season to give me 14 days notice as required by the league.
This request will ensure the smooth running of our team and allow for forward planning, thus meaning that matches can be cancelled rather than risking league fines/points deducted. More importantly it will give the players available to play, a fair chance of a positive result by playing 11 v 11 rather than 9 or 10 v 11.
If you are unavailable to play please notify me directly.
Notice at very short notice i.e at or after training should be avoided if possible.
